ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO RETURNS

A shortened, more lightweight alternative to our best selling Lila gown. All of our labor and postpartum gowns are designed with actual labor in mind by a Labor and Delivery Nurse and Doula. These gowns are intended to provide accessibility to your medical team, while still being stylish and comfortable for you.

Some features of this gown include:

• High-quality, butter smooth, stretch material - Did you know, for some women, sensations are experienced differently in labor? A texture that may feel fine normally can become irritating and distracting during labor. The material used for this gown has been hand selected to be soft enough to keep you comfortable throughout.

• Low back - perfect to provide accessibility for epidural placement and/or massage.

• Opens at the belly - Most labor gowns you’ll find don’t open in front at all, meaning the cords from your fetal monitors will hang down in front of your legs which can be annoying and distracting. Our labor gowns open down the middle of your belly so you can string the cords up with your portable monitoring system and keep them out of the way and out from under your feet.

• Two inside ties - Did you know one of the most common complaints from women after they have given birth is that their privacy was invaded? Most labor gowns that offer a similar level of accessibility are skimpy and revealing. Our gowns are made with things like 3/4 sleeves, and two inside ties to keep your gown closed while not sacrificing accessibility.

• Opens at the chest - The front of this gown opens completely at the chest for skin to skin immediately after birth, and because sometimes that happens quickly or unexpectedly there are no knots to untie or changes of position required to give complete and immediate access to your chest for skin to skin and breastfeeding.

• Matching Baby Swaddle Set - How can you miss the opportunity to match with your baby? Our Lila gown can be ordered solo or as a set. Simply add a matching Baby Swaddle Set to your cart and use code BUNDLE50 at checkout to get the matching Baby Swaddle Set for 50% off!

The dress is beautiful and it feels so good and comfortable. I was just disappointed with the shoulders because they kept falling off me. There needs to be a tie on the top so keep the straps up not falling down. I had to return the 2 dresses

I’m pear shaped and usually don’t have fit issues with A-line dresses, but this fit very loose on top and tight on bottom. I have to keep the ties really loose to prevent the skirt from puckering at the side seam. I’m two months from delivery and love the comfort and convenience of this dress, but think the fit could be improved

I reached out!

I reached out to get a different size and no email back, I’m afraid I won’t get to wear it because my due date is in couple of weeks. The arms were snug. But everything else fits, Material is soft and there’s a good stretch to it.
I’m 5,3 208lbs with baby, I wear 38 G bra! My pant size in leggings 12-14. And shirt is pushing a male L! I would size up To have wiggle room.

Can’t Wait to Wear!

I’m currently 30 weeks and just got the Juliet gown and a robe to match. The material is thick and comfy, length is perfect, and I love the adjustable ties. If I had any complaint it would be that this particular style might not be the best for a full but as I’m wearing a 34J and the middle snap is working hard to stay closed, but other than that I played around with the snaps under the bust and they’re very easy to open and close for skin to skin and breast feeding.

Bitter Sweet

This was my second birth so of course I wanted to do a few things differently which included laboring in my own gown. It started out great, I loved how the fabric was soft against my skin but as time went by my straps started to fall down. This continued throught the entire laboring process which became very annoying to the point that I was willing to change into the hospital gown because trying to deal with contractions due to me having an unmedicated birth and keep having to pull it up over and over again was tedious. I ordered a standard given the fact that I am 5’2” and 186 lbs. I would definitely recommend an extra string being included to tie straps together if needed or including that feature because I really liked the original design.
