In-store Pickups:
Customers will have 7 days from the fulfilled date to pick up any ordered product, afterwards a refund will be issued. Please call 615-431-0452 if you need to extend your pick-up window.
Limited Time/Final Sale:
Limited Time, Discounted, and Final Sale items are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for these items.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel completely happy and confident with your purchase from LILA. Please take a moment to inspect your gown carefully when it arrives. Make sure it fits well, and check that all buttons and details are secure. If anything doesn’t feel right, we're here to help.
Before adding your gown to your hospital bag or wearing/washing it, please review our return guidelines below:

Returns & Exchanges
If your gown doesn’t fit or you’re not completely satisfied, we offer both exchanges and refunds, as long as your return meets our eligibility requirements.
- Return Request: Please email support@wearlila.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your name, order number, and specify which items you would like to return.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, based on the postmarked date.

Condition: Gowns must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Care: Returned items should be free of any signs of wear—no makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or odors, please.

Packaging: Please include a note with your order number clearly visible inside your return package.

Discontinued, Sale, Third Party or Limited Time: We do not offer refunds for Discontinued, Third Party, Sale or Limited Time merchandise.

TENS UNIT returns will only be accepted if the unit has been unopened. The plastic wrap must still be sealed surrounding the product.
- Baby List orders must be returned to Baby List.
Return Shipping

Please reach out to our customer service team. We will send you a return label with a shipping fee of $10. This does not apply to those who have purchased the Free Returns & Exchanges shipping insurance at check out.

Please keep your return tracking number handy in case anything happens in transit. LILA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns—you’ll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Refunds & Fees

Refunds for eligible items will be issued to your original form of payment once the items have been returned.

In some cases, a $15.00 per item cleaning or restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
