We want you to feel completely happy and confident with your purchase from LILA. Please take a moment to inspect your gown carefully when it arrives. Make sure it fits well, and check that all buttons and details are secure. If anything doesn’t feel right, we're here to help.
Before adding your gown to your hospital bag or wearing/washing it, please review our return guidelines below:
Returns & Exchanges
If your gown doesn’t fit or you’re not completely satisfied, we offer both exchanges and refunds, as long as your return meets our eligibility requirements.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, based on the postmarked date.

Condition: Gowns must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Care: Returned items should be free of any signs of wear—no makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or odors, please.

Packaging: Please include a note with your order number clearly visible inside your return package.
- Discontinued, Sale or Limited Time: We do not offer refunds for Discontinued, Sale or Limited Time merchandise, however we do offer exchanges of the same color and type if needing a different sizing option.
Return Shipping

While customers are responsible for return shipping, we’ve put together some simple solutions to make the process easier.

If you'd like us to provide a return label, we charge a $10.00 Exchange & Restocking Fee.

We’ll cover the shipping cost when sending your exchange item(s) back to you.

Please keep your return tracking number handy in case anything happens in transit. LILA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns—you’ll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Refunds & Fees

Refunds for eligible items will be issued to your original form of payment.

In some cases, a $15.00 per item cleaning or restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
