Fantastic customer service

I was gifted a Lila labor gown for my shower and had not received it when I was told I was being induced early, so I called the company to check on the status + order the matching hat and swaddle set. The CEO of the company personally took my call and helped me right away despite having an urgent matter on his hands, which was much appreciated and unexpected! I've never experienced such personal customer service before. I got the gown and matching set very shortly afterwards and am so pleased with the products; they are incredibly soft and the colors are gorgeous.
